–Present) at PAK-TURK MAARIF INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL & COLLEGE PESHAWAR
I am a passionate Cambridge Teacher of IGCSE – O-Levels 2059/0448 (Pakistan Studies, History/Geography, Social Studies) Currently elevated as College Lecturer. My key job roles are to:
1. Registered student’s progress & attendance on LMS Cloud Database to enable tracking history and maintain accurate records.
2. Participated in Parent-Teacher coordination meetings to discuss the development of students.
3. Graded and evaluated student’s assignments, papers, and course work.
I am also responsible for teaching students about local, state, national, and global history, and helping them understand how past events have shaped the world today. My responsibilities include:
Researching
Analyzing and interpreting historical documents, such as texts, syllabi, and coursework
Planning
Developing lesson plans and curricula, and creating instructional resources for use in the classroom
Teaching
Delivering engaging lessons on different time periods, movements, and other historical events and figures
Evaluating
Grading exams, tests, quizzes, assignments, and presentations, and providing feedback to students and parents
Collaborating
Learning from the methods, teaching strategies, and classroom management techniques of fellow teachers
organizing
Organizing events and educational field trips, and sourcing guest speakers
Creating a positive environment
Fostering teamwork among students and staff, and facilitating classroom discussions that encourage participation and critical thought
Maintaining
Grade books, and performing other administrative duties as needed
