I have been teaching for quite a while now and one thing I have noticed in my teaching experience, students feel easy and comfortable in communicating their issues regarding the subject with me. They are open to discussion and find it easy to make a critique.

In a comfortable teaching environment, students regardless of age and gender feel connected with me hence they take interest in learning and eagerly await the next venture (new exercise or topic).

To me, students' opinion matters the most. They know what is best for them and how they want to be taught. I appreciate such honesty and deliver accordingly.
