After 22 year's of experience, I'm well aware about the teaching Methodologies of English and Urdu Literature and Language. I also had been government teachers trainer and I trained teachers successfully. I know the psychology of students during teaching. I also know the pedagogy and teaching methods which I learnt from my professional qualifications of B.Ed, PGD ELT and M.A education. I also know the different IQ and EQ levels of the students which enable me how to change my teaching method, if needed. The indepth knowledge of Linguistics enlightens me, how to teach successfully.
