Being an Educationist, i believe in interaction based teaching, listening to the learners struggles and issues and how to overcome that. I believe in using different techniques and tools to help learner express more. For me, keeping the needs of learners is utmost importance. I believe in clear communication that engages learner to question freely. Provinding interactive and effective teaching methods i try to figure out the positive sides of learner as well as the sides where he/she lacks. I believe in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected. I am always open to feedback and continuously seeking opportunities to improve my teaching practices.
