One thing that makes me stand out as a teacher is that I ensure my students understand every little detail of what they are being taught. I do this by first observing the weak and strong areas of the student. Then, I use the student's strong areas to give them the confidence they need to push forward. This confidence boost helps them to believe in themselves that they can do anything they want to do. If they are good in the areas I have shown them, they can do better in the weak areas. This method produces excellent students.
