Thirty five years of experience in academia and industry in the area of chemistry as a teacher, researcher, scientist and R&D leader. Several years of experience in handling chemistry classes for various levels in IIT, Engineering Colleges and Private Educational Institutes. Lead research and development in the area of materials science and technology in India and abroad.

Teaching is my passion and find interest in interacting with young students to help them to understand the basic concepts thoroughly and learn chemistry interestingly. I evolve a process of systematic teaching and learning and periodic assessment. Sharing the right knowledge is ones duty and the best work one should do for the betterment of society.

My vision is to create interest in learning and help the students to develop innovative ideas to find solutions to the problems around.
