To understand the problem faced by a student is the strongest area of a good teacher.I always ask my students about their problems they faced and then try to solve with the help of them.I always teach my students in a very simple and easy way where they feel relaxed and enthusiastic.I encourage my students to raise question where they are confused or feel uncomfortable in any way.I frequently use examples in my lectures from our practical life and by this way my students catch the required knowledge easily..Keeping Students motivated is preferred in teaching.
