My name is Faizullah khan. I am a graduate in business administration and specialized in human resources development. I have around 16 years of professional experience. I have traveled to a country where I have interacted with different nationalities. In this duration of experience I have learned about the value and meanings of education.
Value of education in one's life is like value of oxygen, because through education we are able to understand that how to interact with the people. Where, how and when to act. How much we need to learn to bring change to our self, how much we need to learn to understand others psyche, how much we need to learn to set a goal and work on it and we must socialize our selves and society.
Meaning of education is to know about the subjects. What is the reason behind learning languages, life styles, bio, chemicals, physical activities and actions, religions and how to calculate all these things in our lives.
Languages are mean of communication through which we can understand each other, social studies are to get closer to other's with whom we are going to live with، subjects that relates to life, health and effect of different things on health comes under biology, study of chemicals that are useful to facilitate lives of living things comes under chemistry, to make the lives of living things easy and advance we need to study actions & energies that comes under physics, religions are the ways of living a good and perfect life we study religious books which are sent as a manual book to live a life in this world and in the last what we are required is to keep everything balanced and calculated, for that we study maths and understands that life has different stages and how much we should work for each stage and what are the risks factors in life that we need to calculate and act accordingly.
My aim is to make it clear to all human beings.

    I am the owner and principal of this institute. My target is to train my staff to deliver my message to all of my students that they are all born free to think and to work in an environment of group. These groups are made up of humans and they should know about the basic behavior of human beings to live a happy and healthy wealthy life. They should also know the uses of all subjects which they are going to learn. In short the duty of a teacher is to produce leaders, inventors and type of people who are ready to adjust with the environment.

    It was an academy where I was giving my services in different areas but my main target was to grow the students mental level by simply explaining everything in his level of medium and to give him a goal to motivate him.
