Building a positive and supportive relationship with my students by creating a safe and comfortable learning environment which encourages open communication, trust, and collaboration. This allows my students to feel more confident in asking questions, seeking clarification, and sharing their challenges.
Regular assessment and feedback are essential components of my successful tutoring approach. Continuously monitor my students' progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide constructive feedback to help them grow and develop their skills.
Effective communication with parents or guardians is also important and I Regularly update them on their child's progress, discuss goals, and address any concerns as Collaborating with parents ensures a holistic approach to the student's education and allows for a consistent support system
