I am writing to express my strong interest in the open English tutor position. As someone deeply passionate about language education, I believe I have a lot to offer your students.

What qualifies me for this role is my combined experience both as a student and as a teacher, I gained extensive knowledge about linguistics, literature, composition, and communication skills. This academic background provided me with a solid foundation in the subject matter. However, it is my experience in the classroom that I feel truly prepares me for this job.

For the past one year, I have been a teaching assistant for first-year composition and ESL courses. In this role, I led writing workshops, facilitated class discussions, designed lesson plans, and provided one-on-one tutoring.
