Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Teaching certification/license in Mathematics.
Extensive experience as a Mathematics Teacher, demonstrating a track record of success in improving student achievement.
In-depth knowledge of mathematics curriculum standards, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues, lead curriculum development initiatives, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in using technology tools for instructional purposes, including interactive whiteboards, educational software, and online learning platforms.
