I am a freelance reservoir engineer cum learning facilitator with the required expertise to foster learning in Mathematics and Physics. I currently teach Additional Mathematics (IGCSE) and Physics in the first and only Google reference school in Nigeria, Bloombreed Schools, Port Harcourt. I seek a platform to lend my voice and contribute my quota to demystifying the phobia of mathematics, by harnessing the use of Apps like Khan Academy, Kami, Quizzes, and Blooket to raise interest in my learners.

Engaging me to take you on a ride to unravel an apt perspective of making Mathematics and Physics fun, would be a notable decision in your academic sojourn. I'm young, fluent in communicating with English language, and very good at using surrounding objects and events to further explain concepts, in driving home my point to my learners.

To meet the needs of my learners (visual, auditory, or kinesthetic), I sample problem-based techniques to understand the best methodology (active learning or inquiry-based learning) to apply in my lesson delivery. I use an electronic big-screen Wowbii board and laptop connected to the internet to deliver instructions in a well-arranged and ventilated classroom. A high-resolution camera is mounted on the Wowbii board to capture the lessons in real time for effective learning.

Under my tutelage, the IGCSE result index in Bloombreed schools has increased by 10%. Also, in 2023, the 22 Bloombreed students that participated in the Mathematics CONRAD challenge and Accelium Mind Olympics, all earned scholarships to study in institutions in America.

    Intensity of the curriculum. Some topics like mensuration, probability distribution, and statistics (e.g., application of calculus, skewness, correlation, and regression) may require large data and apt instructional materials to foster learning. Most of the instructional materials are self-designed and improvised based on what I learned from some travel trips and sightseeing.
