I love teaching. It shouldn't be a one way. I want children to be able to understand & interact through listening skill, reading skill, picture talk and answering unseen passage,

A teacher have to create a chance to children to explore their ideas without fear. They would feel comfort & free with the teacher. It would be like a friendly environment.

After every chapter test, quiz or dictation which helps them to improve their hand writing, speed as well as
creative writing themselves without help. All these motivate & strengthen their ability
