My name is Mary Ann Matias, and I graduated from the Philippine Normal University in Manila with a bachelor's degree in education. Since I graduated in 2019, I've been teaching grade school students, specifically grade 1 students, for 4 years now. During my time in college, I was an active member of organizations such as theater, language, and the seniors' committee. Through these experiences and learnings, I was able to better understand my abilities, skills, and intelligences (emotional, social, etc.) which I then applied to do my best-performing job, teaching and learning with kids. I prepare engaging, fun, and interesting life-based lessons, experiences, and activities for kids and take part in their learning journey by helping them with their intellectual, emotional, and social intelligences. Coordinate with their parents and help them know their kids better.
