## Bonjour! I'm Madame Ruhinu Mallik

My passion for language and film has led me on a captivating journey that blends both worlds. As a native Bengali speaker, I've dedicated myself to fostering a love for the French language in my students for over five years. Witnessing the spark of understanding and excitement ignite in their eyes as they grasp new concepts is a constant source of fulfillment.

Beyond the classroom, I actively engage with the dynamic world of filmmaking. For the past five years, I've had the privilege of working on numerous projects, including short films like "Last January," "Light of Luck," and "Monopoly," as well as feature films such as "Letter to a Child Never Born" and "Ghor Gari." These experiences have instilled in me a deep appreciation for storytelling and the power of language to transcend borders and cultures.

My commitment to the film industry extends to my involvement with the Bangladesh Film Students Association (BFSA). As the Joint-Secretary, I collaborate with fellow film enthusiasts to create a supportive space for learning, growth, and fostering the next generation of Bangladeshi filmmakers.

While my creative pursuits flourish in the world of cinema, my heart also lies in the beauty and intricacies of the French language. Currently, I'm diligently honing my French skills at the Alliance Française de Dhaka, having reached the A2 level. This personal pursuit allows me to not only enhance my communication abilities but also to stay current with the latest teaching methodologies and cultural nuances of the French language.

Combining my passion for film and language education, I strive to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment for my students. By incorporating elements of film and storytelling into my lessons, I aim to make the French language come alive, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation for its rich tapestry.
