As a teacher, i first assess the needs of the learner including an assessment of the learner's strength and weaknesses in relation to each subject including their attitude towards the subject because these are also integral to learning and the success of the student. My philosophy is to make learning simple, easy, fruitful, memorable and fun by fueling the strength and positive attitudes and minimize the interference of the harbour negative attitudes with learning. I believe in interactive learning. I seek to create an environment where a student can be free to ask and engage meaningfully with me without fear. I encourage my students to try and forego the fear of failure because failure is needed for success so i encourage them to participate and fail if they have to and from then they can learn and improve. What set me apart is my zeal to learn and research and my passion to assist students get to greater heights in life. I have nearly a decade of experience helping university students navigate through research writing and this gave experience in dealing with students and their needs.
