A teacher is like second mother for a kid.So she must be able to understand the child and able to evaluate the kid. And proper teaching values and guidance towards life should also be given by the teacher to the kid. So I try to give my best in all the terms. A teacher should not only focus on marks but also on the personaliy development of the child. Good manners should be inculcated within the child and if necessary punishments should also be given at times. Teaching always starts from home.
