My approach as a teacher specially maths teacher is,

Planning and presenting lessons to facilitate students' understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
Preparing and distributing learning material such as notes, assignments, and quizzes.
Developing students’ interest in mathematics.
Organizing a surprise test in the classroom.
Providing additional teaching support for slow learners.
Building a strong relationship with the students.

In addition to that i guide my students regarding life’s goal and dos and don'ts for a better life style.

I also make environment funny and learnable so that my students will be comfortable to share their views and new ideas.
