"I began my career in 1992 as a teacher at Presentation Convent High School in Jhelum, where I taught until 1996. Bishop Anthony Lobo graciously sponsored my professional training in education in Karachi, where I pursued dual degrees from Australian Catholic University and Karachi University. After completing my Master of Education, I assumed the role of Diocesan In-service Coordinator in the Rawalpindi/Islamabad Diocese. In this capacity, I provided professional development courses to teachers across 67 schools spanning Punjab and KPK provinces. These courses covered a range of subjects, including pedagogy, mathematics, social studies, science, and educational psychology.

Following my tenure as Diocesan In-service Coordinator, I transitioned to Notre Dame Institute of Education in Karachi as a Senior Lecturer (Level B), where I taught educational psychology and evaluation and measurement to B.Ed and M.Ed students. I also held a similar position at the Kashmir Education Foundation from 2007 to December 2011.

Since January 2012, I have been serving as a Principal in various schools under the Diocesan Board of Education, where I initially began my professional journey as a teacher trainer."

As the Principal of St. Francis Boys High School, my role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities crucial to the smooth functioning of the institution. These include:

1. Overall Leadership: Providing strategic direction and leadership to ensure the school operates effectively and efficiently.
2. Operations Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, including scheduling, facilities management, and logistics.

I am actively involved in planning, organizing, designing, and conducting leadership courses for potential leaders within schools operating under the National Catholic Education Commission (NCEC) across Pakistan. As the President of the Core Committee of Master Trainers for the NCEC, I oversee the development and implementation of training programs aimed at nurturing effective leadership skills among educators. Through these initiatives, I aim to contribute to the continuous improvement of educational practices and the overall advancement of the education sector in Pakistan.
