I have spent two years tutoring juniors and peers on coding.
I came from an academic background in JC completely unaware of how to code and I taught myself most things within 3 months. I will impart this method of learning to my students.

My experience is largely in Python but I have experience with JavaScript/SQL/C++. I can also teach data structures and algorithms which is also a significant portion of my experience in teaching.

I believe that like all skills, coding skills can be developed with practice, personalized examples (analogies/abstraction), and relatability. I teach by making the subject relatable, personalizing my examples towards the student’s method of understanding the world, and by giving them practice.
