I believe in a good friendship relationship with the student so that when they learn it can be a good experience for them and to also want learn more every day, having a good relationship with my students pushes them to look forward to learning. In my teaching i believe in communication and asking questions so as to gauge the level of understanding of my students and help produce the best results from them as well as giving them tests to assess where we need to put more effort as a team. This also helps as a teacher to know my progress in giving the desirable lessons to my student. Lastly i believe in working together with my students so as to learn from each other and share more knowledge as long as my services as a teacher are needed
