With a solid foundation of over 20 years in the IT industry, I currently helm the Analytics division at a leading firm, where I oversee a wide range of data-driven initiatives that empower business decisions. My deep-seated love for mathematics and passion for teaching has naturally led me to focus on key computer science subjects, particularly those at the intersection of data and technology. I am especially drawn to teaching subjects like Data Engineering, Database Management Systems, and Data Structures & Algorithms. These areas are the backbone of modern data science and analytics, and I take pride in making them accessible and engaging for my students.

In my teaching, I emphasize the practical applications of these subjects, drawing from real-world scenarios to help students understand not just the "how" but the "why" behind the technologies. For instance, in Data Engineering, I guide students through the complexities of data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud-based data warehousing, equipping them with the skills needed to design and implement robust data architectures. My sessions on Database Management Systems delve into the principles of relational and non-relational databases, focusing on their design, optimization, and use in large-scale applications.

Furthermore, I incorporate leadership lessons into my teaching, highlighting the importance of soft skills like communication, team collaboration, and strategic thinking in technical roles. I believe that being a successful technologist requires more than just coding skills; it demands a holistic approach that includes leadership and a strong ethical grounding. My goal is to prepare students not only to excel in technical domains but also to emerge as future leaders in the industry.

By combining my extensive industry experience with a passion for education, I strive to create a learning environment that is both challenging and supportive, inspiring students to reach their full potential.
