I base my teaching on how to help my students gain knowledge and not just teach them and take the money. I focus on treating the shortcomings of my students more and I hardly move on till you get it. I love to change languages (English, Yoruba, Pidgin) with my students for more understanding and combining jokes with the topic also helps them relate well. I am certain that what makes me a good teacher is what my determination to help my students gain in all aspects of knowledge and also helping them to find the side of them which can appreciate education.
So far, parents of my students and my fellow teachers has appreciated my efforts and my determination and to be sincere, not all students are equal but Alhamdulillah i have been blessed with good results so far and i pray for more.
