My ideal teaching style involves a mix of the following approaches:
1. Student-Centered Learning: The focus is on active participation by students. My lessons are designed to engage students in discussions, problem-solving, and critical thinking, encouraging them to take ownership of their learning.
2. Interactive and Engaging: I Incorporate hands-on activities, group work, and multimedia resources that keep students interested and motivated. Gamified learning and real-world applications are used to make lessons more relatable and enjoyable.

3. Differentiated Instruction: Recognizing that students have different learning paces and styles, I adapt lessons to meet individual needs. This may involve offering varied levels of support, using diverse teaching materials, and providing opportunities for students to showcase their understanding in different ways.

4. Positive Learning Environment: My teaching style is nurturing and inclusive. Mutual respect, encouragement, and positive reinforcement are emphasized, creating a safe space for students to express themselves and take risks in their learning.

5. Reflective and Adaptive:. I am open to feedback from students and parents. I am also willing to adjust their methods to achieve better outcomes.

Moreso, I use a well-rounded teaching methodology that combines both traditional and modern approaches. My key strategies include:

1. Active Learning: My students are encouraged to participate actively through discussions, debates, and problem-solving tasks. Lessons are interactive, and students are often asked to apply what they’ve learned in real-world contexts.

2. Scaffolding: Concepts are introduced progressively, starting with foundational knowledge before building toward more complex ideas.

3. Inquiry-Based Learning: Students are guided to explore, ask questions, and investigate topics.

4. Formative Assessment: I use regular, low-stakes assessments to monitor students’ progress and understanding.

What makes me a great teacher is I’m passionate, enthusiastic, empathetic, understanding. I communicate clearly. I also set high expectations for my students while giving them the necessary support to achieve that.

Lastly, I have taught over 30 pupils online in 2024 alone with with a success rate of over 90 percent improvement in their academic performance.
