Hi All,
"Teaching is not the filling of a pot but the lighting of a fire" is the core principle of my working. Along with covering your syllabus, I assure you to imbibe you with techniques that will help you for lifetime. I make sure why the topic is important to learn for the application point of view and not just for the sake of getting good grades (which will eventually come after your concepts are super clear :-) )
As for me, teaching kids is something that I have always liked as it fills myself with a sense of positiveness. I believe that weak students are not the ones with lower academics but a byproduct of failed teaching.
