I prefer engaging the students as I teach them by motivating them to interact with each other and with me as a tutor. I ask questions and I expect feedback hence my students and I are always on the same page when topics are done. I give in-class tests instead of assignments and homeworks to take home which means I have real results either concepts are properly
understood or more work still needs to be done. I do not make it easy but the results are always the cherry on top.
