As an Assistant Professor of English Literature and Language, I am a seasoned academician in the field of English Literature and an expert in Communication and professional writing skills. I am a trained professional in grooming individuals, cater to personality development and counselling. My teaching focuses on the development and enhancement of the four skills of language, i.e. Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. A student may not only learn the four skills but would be able to apply the skills in social, personal and professional places. Along with the four skills, my focus remains on Applied Grammar and Syntax, vocabulary building, Linguistics, Phonetics and Spoken English for both day to day conversation and competitive examinations, such as GRE, TOEFL, ELT. I strongly believe that with my expertise and guidance, students would be able to learn and acquire the professional skills necessary for securing a better position not only in the global market but also in the society to become an abled person. My teaching methodology involves a thorough recapitulation of previous knowledge, which helps me assess the student's learning progress better and continue with the process in a better way. I conduct formative tests and assign tasks regularly which ensures the student's active participation in the teaching-learning process. I consider myself as a facilitator who aims to tender and nurture pupils to bring out the best in them, make them ready for the future global challenges so that they make shine with flying colours.
