While pursuing my education in Space Sciences specializing in Remote Sensing and GIS, I
acquired a wide range of necessary skill. I gained knowledge regarding linear algebra and
other higher-level math classes, which support a lot of the spatial data analysis work. My
technical skills involve being skilled in using software programs like Google Earth Engine
(GEE), ArcGIS, QGIS, ERDAS, and SNAP for advanced mapping and spatial analysis.
Furthermore, I gained solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization, along with
Word and PowerPoint for efficient correspondence and showcasing. I have a fundamental
understanding of programming and data analysis in RStudio, Python, and MATLAB.
During my time in school, I improved my ability to communicate, allowing me to explain
difficult ideas clearly and work well with others in my field. These abilities prepare me to
make a valuable contribution in the area of remote sensing and GIS.
