I am a retired Civil Engineer by profession. I have been involved in steering students for Tertiary and Vocational Education at NAITA, a leading government training organization in Sri Lanka. I have been leading the organization as an Assistant Director for promoting the academic staff in vocational training institutions in Trainer Training and Training Research which necessitate the use of Teaching Methodology. On retirement I continued practising Lecturers for Mathematics and Physics at ACBT too.
My experience and knowledge can still be used to support those who require in their career path.
