I have always viewed learning process from the student perspective. I can teach in small groups to large groups of students I can consider teaching for a maximum of 20 students online .my teaching strengths is that I have industry experience which can be shared with students which will enhance their learning and guarantee success my long experience in lecturing mentoring and coaching will be a big advantage for students I have also supervised dissertations and act as moderator .as a paper setter also I have acquired lor of experience that can be put to the disposal of students with time I have been able to develop very good communication skills with students which I firmly believe will help the experience and my practical experience with wide industry experience will help as a lecturee
