I try to understand the learning method and speed of the student in the first few classes and build up pace and complexity of the topics only if the student is ready to understand except if I am teaching just 2-3 days before a big exam or test. I can help with homework and assignments too. I think my relationship with my students in India was very good and friendly because of less age difference and I treated them like my younger brothers and sisters. This helped them feel more comfortable in asking questions and suggesting how j can improve my teaching experience.
