I have 11 years of experiences in Teaching both Academically and Yoga
I took online / offline Yoga Classes

It's always been one hour class starting with Surya Namaskaram followed by asanas mudras etc and Savasana
Even I am expert teaching in pregnancy with simple and effective techniques and I did when I was pregnant and had successful Normal delivery
I can understand the body frame of others and work accordingly both mentally and physically
