I'm PTE trainer since 2 years and my majors are communicating with students and reading books.My key is to understand students ability and effectiveness and then try every method to teach students. I prefer to teach students in a very simple way and ask them about their doughts as a friend and give creative Home work which will enhance their effectiveness and creativity and they give their best in every possible way. I avoid scolding students rather than I prefer to go to the root cause if they are not able to understand anything.
