Having 24 years experience of teaching With a Master's degree in History and Geography, I possess a deep understanding of the subject matter, which I effectively convey to my students.
I did master in History, Geography and MEd in Education, 24 years of teaching experience in secondary classes and 4 years of experience in online teaching I have a Proven track record of improving student understanding and grades in History and Civics and received the Best Teacher Award, a testament to my dedication and commitment to education

I worked as District Project Manager, in a project. ( Schools feeding program) Under The auspices of world food program. I successfully managed this projects, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
I also worked as a Resource Person, in a Teacher Training Program designed and delivered training sessions for teachers, focusing on innovative pedagogies and best practices in different workshops and seminars to enhance teacher capacity building and student learning outcomes

    In higher and secondary education I thought in a daynomic, conceptual, activity based learning and in an effective manner .I enable my students how to prepare themselves through students learning outcome learning strategy in the light of Benjamin bloom taxonomy .I also enable my students how to use audio video aids and internet to get their desired goals and aims. I tried my best to enable my students to go forward just on their hard work and to get rid of cheating.
