I would love to go with students as they want and feel easy with their subjects.one or two quiz paper in week or may be surprise test.before starting new lecture I would prefer to recall previous lecture through students so I came to know how much they into that.i never mind if anything students didn’t understand anything I would love to make it much and more easy for them so they could understand properly.Achieving good grades aren’t important for me but their goal is .i believe in “try try again”
