I use an interactive session whereby I engage the student actively in the learning process through discussions, problem solving and hands - on activities. This will help retain their interest and deepen their understanding.. I also encourage independent learning which fosters critical thinking and problem solving skills by encouraging the student to explore topics independently, and come to conclusions on their own, while at the same time offering assistance in complex areas.
I also establish a positive relationship with the student to create a comfortable learning environment which encourages open communication and makes learning enjoyable.
