Every lesson should begin with objectives. So, as an English Language/Literature teacher, I begin my tutorial with first sharing the lesson 's objectives with my Learners.

Afterwards, I will swiftly move into step one which is revising the known knowledge; previous lesson with my Learners and then move to the second step which is introducing the new lesson to them. To make my class lively and interesting, I will throw the new lesson opened to my Learners to checkmate if any of them has an idea about it. On this, many will give in their best in trying to analyse the new lesson based on their individual understanding. And this will catapult us into the real deal; the explanation of the new lesson.

The introduction of my new lesson to my Learners which has already generated different ideas and has made the class lively and interesting, I will move to the real teaching explaining the lesson from the topic to the sub topics step by step in an incontrovertible manner. Once I am done with this step satisfactorily and keeping to the time frame which is very important, I will then move to the next step and that is evaluation. Evaluation is another intriguing part of the lesson as it opens a new page for my Learners to share their understanding of the new lesson with me, and to ask questions of what they don't understand.

After my successful and satisfactory evaluation, I will wrap up my lesson with project.

These style and methodology have helped me a great deal in always getting the best results from my Learners. I have used these two elements to achieve many excellent results. I have many of my Learners in High Schools and the Universities ranking top in their classes and courses. And I have many of them who have graduated and already doing excellently well in their chosen careers.

So, with this, I am proud to say I am a great teacher with visible records to show.
