I am a software engineering student looking for a part-time teaching position. I have over 12 years of Afrikaans experience. I am patient and kind. I will assist you in learning how to speak and comprehend Afrikaans words and phrases, encouraging practice until you become fluent. I will make sure you improve your academic Afrikaans writing, including essays, formal letters, presentations, and a lot more. Each student will receive well-written notes at the beginning of each week to assist with their learning, and at the end of the week, there will be a brief exam or quiz. If the student is still unprepared, though, I will work with them to make improvements and teach them how to complete the tasks they have gotten wrong. The test and quiz are meant to determine whether or not my student is making progress and to identify any areas in Afrikaans where they are weaker.
