My teaching style
Lecturing: I assure one way communication skills where by i allow my learners to express themselves and i gives informations needed. I encourage students to participate, debates,and critical thinking.I allow my learners to explore concepts through questioning and discovery
Methodology: behaviorist methodology,I focused on observable behaviors and outcomes of the learners
Humanistic methodology: I allow personal growth and self actualization and emotional intelligence
Montessori methodology: emphasizes on self directed learning skills, curiosity and community development

What makes me a great teacher: I’m a great teacher because I possessed a combination of qualities that foster on a supportive,inclusive, and engaging in learning environment etc
