Chithra is a certified RCI licensed special educator with 8 years of experience working with various NGOs. She specializes in supporting individuals with neurodiverse and neurotypical conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Down Syndrome, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), Cerebral Palsy, hearing and visual impairments, and behavioral challenges. With a focus on age groups 4 to 45, Chithra is passionate about providing comprehensive care to individuals with special needs. She is dedicated to exploring new challenges and offers counseling sessions for mental health.

My teaching style involves connecting with and understanding each student's level, empowering them to achieve their goals with more positive outcomes.
I used following Method to teach with kids :-
1. Multisensory Approach - Use a combination of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic techniques to engage students and help them understand and retain information better.

2. Positive Reinforcement - Encourage positive behavior and achievements with rewards, praise, and encouragement to build confidence and motivation.

3. Break Tasks into Steps- Divide complex tasks into smaller, manageable steps, making it easier for students to follow and complete tasks, and reducing feelings of overwhelm.
