I am a BSc.(Hons) Information Technology graduate specializing in Information Systems Engineering at SLIT with strong academic performance and involvement in volunteering. 1. Duty-free verification system.
2. Automated Customs Clearance System (ACCSYS).
3. E-Bidding System.
Gathering business requirements by conducting Meetings with stakeholders to understand needs and expectations.
Interact and collaborate with various stakeholders such as business users, project managers, developers, and executives to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Analyzed existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
Created and maintained documentation such as business process models, use cases, and user stories.
Analysis of Data using Tools like Microsoft Excel and also I used Trello board for managing projects and tasks.
I used Collaboration and Communication Platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint.
