I am a teacher of English and literature who is ready to work with students towards achieving their goals. I use a learner centered approach to teach my students and i always ensure that they are better every time, academically. This approach always gives me positive outcomes since my students are able to reach their targets. I'm passionate about teaching and that gives me a motivation to impact the learners academics positively. I enjoy working together with learners to ensure that, we get to the greater heights. I'm always ready to listen and attend to my students because that is what teaching entails. I work towards making a better student out of every learner I'm handling. I treat my students equally and i do ensure that none is left behind. I also use a differentiated learning approach to teach. It
enables me to see the potentials of every learner and work closely with them to ensure that they are doing better. I believe that there is no learner who cannot do it, it only takes a great teacher teacher to make great learners.
