I utilize offline methods such as hands-on activities, visual aids, group discussions, all forms of assessments, and online methods like interactive multimedia, online discussions, collaborative tools, virtual guest lectures, and adaptive assessments, to achieve results including deep understanding, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, collaboration, and confidence, while embodying key qualities like subject matter expertise, passion, empathy, creativity, patience, continuous learning, effective communication, and flexibility.
I ultimately create a dynamic, inclusive, and supportive learning climate that fosters academic excellence and inspires students to succeed.
With all my years of teaching, I do my best for students who may not like science (biology) and mathemaics to cultivate the passion and love for learning these subjects. I have countless of parents who keep on testifying the significant improvement their children make during and after just a semester. Students with corncening performance or low gades are able to improve to higher success, some from grades E and F to grade C while others obtain grades B and A in their final examinations.
