Teaching-learning is a process which requires patience and proficiency from the tutor.This I can say I posess as a trained educator of many years dealing with learners both in private and public citadel of learning.
Learner's needs and absorption level of lessons must be put into place since learners assimilate at different rate. Basically, teaching methodology is learners- centred and not teacher centred. This I put into consideration when teaching.
