Aoa,I am a flexible person so i always change my teaching style according to the level and needs of students.i believe on discussion Method because i think that only lecture method is so boring and in this so time student don't show their interests. In my opinion success needs hardwork but this hardwork is not one sided it's always two sided from both teachers and students. Patience,hardwork and dedication and want of teaching makes me a great teacher .and I also a qualified person and i have a good communication skills.
