I am a PhD candidate at a reputed national institute in India. i am about to submit my thesis for review for the award of my doctoral degree. My specialisation is in biochemistry, molecular biology and microbiology. I have studied almost all courses under general biology until masters level with a degree in biotechnology. So I am well prepared to teach most subjects under basic biology and applied biology. I have taught masters level students at the institute as a teaching assistant for a year. My medium of teaching would be through presentations with interaction with the students while solving problems from the given topics. I would be happy to help with homework or assignments as far as directing the student on the correct path. I would only help outline the key points for the assignments and allow them to fill in the content by themselves and without plagiarism. This will allow them develop the skills to research any topic and write coherently by themselves.
