I am a keen Learner. I always try to learn even from my students because I think no one can be perfect at everything. We can all together make the world perfect. So I try to spread my knowledge whatever I have to my students and as I just passed my master's I know as a student what challenges students face now a days. So I want to make my students comfortable with my teaching style and concepts in a friendly way. Gone are the days when teachers used to be strict and students obeyed those teachers. This generation need more love and affection, not a strict environment. The strictness tends to make them rebellious.
