My greatest strength as a teacher is my ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.I believe that every student deserves to feel valued and respected in the classroom, and I work hard to establish a sense of community among my students.I use a variety of strategies, such as collaborative learning and student-led discussions, to encourage all students to participate and contribute. I also help my students in boosting up their confidence and provide them with all the necessary knowledge to excel in their studies as well as in their lives.
