My name is Adarsh Bhadana. I am a Lifestyle Coach, having an experience of 8 years in the industry. Fitness is a combination of many components which includes mainly Muscular Strength, Muscular endurance, Cardiovascular Endurance, Flexibility, Ideal Body Composition. I cover all the components in my workout schedules and programs so that the person who is following it will be able to cover the term fitness as whole from all angles. It is a 50-50 game, 50 % Exercise and 50% Diet. For an individual working on his fitness goals will have to focus on both to see 100% results. I try my best to make things easier while explaining the exercise techniques to the individual so that he/she learns in a way and adapt it to remember the exercise movement for lifetime. I mainly focus on Fat Loss process rather than focusing on the weight loss process, because fat loss process is safer than Weight Loss. Fat loss process is based losing only Fat from the body. While in weight loss, we lose both muscle and fat, which is quite unhealthy for an individual to follow.
