I believe that each student has their own level of comprehension and understanding. Therefore, I make sure that I study the student's learning style and pace and thereby tailor my teaching style to suit them. By so doing, I believe the student will perform to their fullest capability.
I have been a learner for the most part of my life and I know how it can be to be overlooked as a student. This inspired I me a desire not only teach in some way or another but also to pay more attention to the student's academic needs and work towards meeting those needs. With this being at the forefront of my teaching, I am determined to achieve greater results with my students.
